In the Bay Area of California, Dr. Washington hosts a postgraduate clinical training program for IMGs who wish to increase their chances of being selected for an interview for a US medical residency and ultimately matching. The program has enjoyed extraordinary success with a high rate of participant matching.

Providing an immersive clinical experience, the externship familiarize IMGs with the underpinnings and culture of US healthcare with daily lectures and communication tips. The training strives to give its students an edge over other IMGs, thereby increasing the chances of matching at a US residency program. It empowers them with a heightened sense of confidence required to compete at the international level.

“Practicing medicine is about communication just
as much as it is about treating patients.”
